Description of problem:

1. In Administrator perspective, there are two tabs "Cluster provided" and "User provided", the button is "Create"
In Virtualization perspective, "User provided" is missing, the create button is "Create VirtualMachineClusterInstancetype" and "Create VirtualMachineClusterPreference"

2. The YAML example of InstanceTypes does not work in Virtualization perspective.
