      Description of problem:

      CNV should provide an intuitive way to create a  Windows Server 2025 VM on UI and API/YAML level.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      

      

      1.  Create New VM from Instancetype in WebUI
2. Select custom Windows Server 2025 boot volume


      

      

      Actual results:
      

      

      Boot volume cannot have a Windows Server 2025 preference , because there is no Windows Server 2025 preference yet.

      

      

      Expected results:
      

      

      Boot volume can have a Windows Server 2025 preference , because has a Windows Server 2025 preference, a VM can be created and booted successfully.
