[RFE] Allow user to type NAD in "Add network interface" modal

      Description of problem:

      Currently, user can only list NADs in their own namespaces but not able to list NAD in default namespace, however if the user knows the name of NAD in default ns, it can use the NAD actually. The request is allowing user to type the NAD along with the selection in the modal.
