Description of problem:

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):4.16 (OCP and CNV)

How reproducible:
Seems somehow time based. Immediately after cluster creation it seems to work more often than not. After a while (few hours) it consistently fails.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in as a regular (non cluster-admin) user
2. Follow the instructions here: https://rhpds.github.io/openshift-virt-roadshow-cnv-multi-user/modules/module-07-tempinst.html#create_win

Actual results: Impossible to enter autoattend.xml. Instead of the entry form a white screen is presented. Regardless of browser (Brave/Firefox/Chrome/Safari/...)

Expected results: Form gets presented.
