      Description of problem:

      virt-launcher pod intermittently 404 when navigating from VM page

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      CNV 4.16.0.rhel9-1718

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      In UI:
1. Create VM in default namespace (Project is "default")
2. VM overview page is displayed (Project is "default")
3. On VM Overview page, click on Pod
4. On Pod page for virt-launcher, Project is "All Projects"
5. Wait for 404 to occur

      Actual results:

      Intermittent 404: Not Found

      Expected results:

      Pod information displayed correctly
