UI: Support custom sizing of instance types

    • None

      • Users will be able to provide their own vCPU and memory resources within a VM when not provided by an instance type. 
      • New custom sizes for instance types will be provided without vCPU and memory defined to allow this.
      • The UI should accommodate this when a custom instance type size is selected. 
      • The custom nature of the resource size will be visible in the instancetype.kubevirt.io/size label.
