Currently the VM snapshot name is generated randomly and has no actual meaning.
I propose to generate a name like:
<vm name>- snapshot -<date and time>
For example:
fedora-favourable-macaw-snapshot-20240818-115600 (since ":" and "_" are not permitted)
as apposed to "snapshot-green-clam-32" which doesnt provide any details(See attached screenshot)

This way it would be easier to identify the vms snapshots also in the metrics we collect and also when we show it in the UI.
