The virtualization market already has some standard formats to deliver templates and virtual appliances including AMI, OVA etc.
We need to provide a way to import those formats as OCP virtualization templates. This will simplify the migration process for customers that have their pre-build templates as well as customers that consume those template or appliances from 3rd party vendors.

Having this will also allow partners to deliver their existing virtual appliances to OCP Virtualization

We should also support the ability to import / bookmark VMs with multiple disks and multiple networks
