Newly added RedHat common instance types don't show in the redHat tab

      We recently added new VirtualMachineClusterInstancetype the 'rt1' series and a single instance type 'u1.2xmedium'.
      When looking at Virtualization->Catalog They both show in the 'user provided tab' and not in the RedHat tab
