UI: Use vm.status.{instancetype,preference}Ref.ControllerRevisionRef.Name

      As of KubeVirt v1.5.0 and CNV v4.19.0 the controller revisions captured when using instance types and preferences are now stored under `vm.status.{instancetype,preference}Ref.ControllerRevisionRef.Name`.

      The UI needs to be updated to use these new locations when looking these values up.
