The namespace of VMI link in VM overview tab is "all-namespaces", which should be the current namespace. 
on 4.17, while click the VMI link, the tabs cannot be fully loaded.

1. Have a running VM
2. Check VMI link, the namespace is "all-namespaces"
3. Click the link, the tabs of VMI cannot be fully loaded
