      Goal

      The spread PreferredCPUTopology and associated SpreadOptions should be better highlighted by the UI when creating a VM using an instance type and preference.

      User Stories

      • As a VM Owner I want to understand how the vCPUs provided by an instance type are translated into guest visible sockets, cores and threads.

      Non-Requirements

      • List of things not included in this epic, to alleviate any doubt raised during the grooming process.
