When looking at OCP and CNV at scale (hundreds of clusters) we need to plan how to enable Virtualization related functionalities and observability at scale.
 
1. Identify missing functionality in ACM for the Virtualization use case compared to our competitors
2. Propose a design for closing the gaps
3. Work with the ACM team and create an action plan
4. Plan required dashboards.
4. Create epics and stories based on the steps above
