This is a serious issue, we had the same problem a few weeks ago with the CNV 4.15.2 release. The product errata was not visible, and a customer commented on it. For CNV 4.16.0, I was sending the link to a storage partner, and the errata for our released software is not publicly available.

Please don't just fix this problem, but do a root cause, and fix the release pipeline.

 
Find the issues updated in OpenShift Virtualization not easy at all.
You should be able to find the defects fixed in an errata, but there does not seem to be any for 4.15

There are no release, rpms or packages when you search for the release.
Red Hat Container Native Virtualization 4.16 errata
error is : "ISOs are not available for this product. You can find packages by searching within the packages tab."

Visiting the CNV 4.16.0 errata page, end in a 404 page not found.
