instancetype.kubevirt.io/v1alpha2 VirtualMachineClusterPreferences is now deprecated

      Description of problem:

      When using the WebUI to create a new VirtualMachineClusterPreference the boilerplate yaml uses the deprecated API version instancetype.kubevirt.io/v1alpha2 instead of instancetype.kubevirt.io/v1beta1. Additionally, all of the current pre-populated VirtualMachineClusterPreferences are using v1alpha2.
