Request to enhance OpenShift Virtualization to maintain seamless console connectivity during live migration, eliminating the need for manual reconnection.

Current Behavior: During the live migration of a virtual machine (VM) in OpenShift Virtualization, the console connection is temporarily interrupted. This disconnection occurs because the console(vnc) service, which provides access to the VM, runs on the host machine. When the VM migrates to a new host, the VNC connection is lost and must be manually re-established on the new host. This interruption is related to the change in the VNC host rather than any network-level packet loss.

Requested Feature: Enhance OpenShift Virtualization to provide seamless VNC console connectivity during live migration. The goal is to maintain the VNC session without requiring users to manually reconnect after the VM has migrated to the new host. This feature would significantly improve user experience, especially in environments where continuous access to the VM console is critical.
