Goal

Simplify the user path for running VMs by making sure the  cluster has all the common things needed to run VMs like CSI RWX storage, network operators, HA, observability etc. This epic is to understand what those components are and see how we can get them as part of the Virtualization operator installation / post install process

User Stories

• As an admin that just installed OCP Virtualization I would like to know that when I try to create my first VM it will not miss anything
• As an admin that just installed OCP Virtualization I would like to know that my storage is configured correctly 
• As an admin that just installed OCP Virtualization I would like to know that I can create multiple networks
• As an admin that just installed OCP Virtualization I would like to know how / that my VMs are set to HA
• As an admin that just installed OCP Virtualization I would like to understand and set observability

Non-Requirements

• List of things not included in this epic, to alleviate any doubt raised during the grooming process.

Notes

• The idea is that this will be a very opinionated process that should provide the admin an easy way to say "I want this feature" and we'll provide it to them (e.g. "I want to have HA on my cluster" and we will install NHC + SNR or whatever will work best for the customer)
