Description of problem:

"Add volume" modal On Catalog InstanceTypes page has "Destination project" constantly set to "openshift-virtualization-os-images" namespace.

1. Navigate to Catalog, click "Add volume" button

"Destination project" field is set to "openshift-virtualization-os-images" and can't be chaned

Expected results:

"Destination project" field is set to selected project
