CNO manage OVN-K, it install related CRDs and deploy OVN-K controller.

In order to make CNO install the new CRDs its necessary to replicate the new CRDs manifests to CNO repository [1]

It may also require updating OVN-K components RBAC manifests following the new CRDs addition [2] [3]
