The automatic subscription of RHEL guests only work in a connected cluster, and goes to console.redhat.com.

For all disconnected customer, public sector, FSI, and commercial, they would like to enable guest RHEL entitlement to a local RH Satellite instance.

The capability should support all communication protocols that Satellite does, and should also work with customer provided certs.
