No link provide for creating bootable volume by using pipeline

1. In catalog page 2. Click the popover of "Select volume to boot from" in step 1 3. Click the link
Actual results:
it links to the root path of the site.
Expected results:
it opens the pipeline "Creating a Windows boot source to use with OpenShift Pipelines"
