      Description of problem:

      User is not allowed to execute the storage checkup from UI, although he can run it from CLI, and rerunning is also allowed via UI.

      CNV v4.15.3

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. As a user (not kubeadmin) go to the storage checkup and try to run it

      Checkup is blocked

      User can run the checkup
