While working on https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CNV-39739, we noticed that some virt components have metrics and alerts for readiness (e.g. LowReadyVirtOperatorsCount), and some don't.

The components that do have those are implementing those metrics/alerts differently.

We need to check if the components report readiness correctly, by checking if their readiness probes are correct, and if not, to create tasks to fix them.

Then, we'll be able introduce a unified way for readiness metrics and alerts, based on the metric kube_pod_status_ready.
