There are very few bugs tagged to include in the 4.16 release notes. (Permalink)

Is there anything major that we fixed with 4.16 that we may want to let customers know about? 

To mark bugs as release note candidates, please use the release note fields so that the writers can run Jira queries to find the release note candidates.
