      Description of problem:

      While looking at CNV-43041, noticed another error in the virt-launcher log output

parsing time "2024-06-13T13:45:01.519999Z qemu-kvm" as "2006-01-02 15:04:05.999-0700": cannot parse "T13:45:01.519999Z qemu-kvm" as " "

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.16.0

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Deploy VM from CNV-43041
2. Monitor virt-launcher logs

      Actual results:

      parsing time "2024-06-13T13:45:01.519999Z qemu-kvm" as "2006-01-02 15:04:05.999-0700": cannot parse "T13:45:01.519999Z qemu-kvm" as " "

      Expected results:

      no time parsing issues

      Additional info:

      The year 2006 is hard-coded in the kubevirt repo
