CI: integrate wasp-agent repository with openshift-ci

      We would like to be able to run e2e tests on an Openshift cluster, we would need the following:

      • Run Openshift 4.16 provider.
      • Be able to run destructive tests.
      • Build and deploy the wasp-agent image from the PR changes.
      • Install latest CRI-O on the nodes.
