Currently WASP allows to use unlimited amount of swap for the workloads it enables the swap on. 

We would like to align to the upstream implementation of SWAP in Kubernetes, hence limiting the swap usage per container. We will use the same calculation as in U/S in order to determine the swap.memory.max value that we need to set.
