      alert  KubeVirtVMIExcessiveMigrations dosent include namespace labe

      How reproducible:

      1 of 1 attempt

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.need to migrate vm > 12 times till metrics return "sum by (vmi) (max_over_time(kubevirt_vmi_migration_succeeded[1d])) >= 12 "

      Actual results:
      cant find namespace label, according to PR there should be a namespace  https://github.com/kubevirt/kubevirt/pull/11159

      Expected results:

      namespace label should appears in alert labels
