[4.16] DV import progress is not reported

      Description of problem:

      dafrank@redhat.com noticed, that:

      DV import progress is not reported when importing to the scratch space.
Only the scratch-to-target shows the progress

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.16, 4.15, 4.14
