      Description of problem:

No volumesnapshot created when deleting the DV with snapshot format dataimportcron

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      CNV-v4.16.0.rhel9-1308

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Modify the dataimport template rhel9 to use ocs storage class
      2. Check the dataimportcron rhel9 -> should be snapshot format instead of pvc format
      3. Check the old DV and PVC, if exist, delete the DV rhel9
      4. Check the volumesnapshot
      5. Check whether the DV rhel9 re-created with OCS storage class

      Actual results:

      4. No volumesnapshot
      5. DV is not recreating due to no volumesnapshhot
      [cloud-user@ocp-psi-executor ~]$ oc get volumesnapshot
No resources found in openshift-virtualization-os-images namespace.
      [cloud-user@ocp-psi-executor ~]$ oc get volumesnapshot -w

      Expected results:

4-5. volumesnapshot created and DV can be recreated with OCS sc
