Improve sysprep section when the answer file is configured, currently it 
1. the name in the left "Autounattend.xml answer file" is too long and hard to read
2. the name "Autounattend.xml answer file"  and the text "Available" are not an obvious pair.

1. create windows VM from instanceType
2. add sysprep answer file
