      Description of problem:

When I triggered windows-efi-installer pipeline in my custom namespace, the result of it was DV with preinstalled windows 11. I wanted to add it via UI to available volumes. I put settings as shown in pictures and clicked on save. The UI shoved error datasources.cdi.kubevirt.io "win11" already exists. Hovewer the UI triggered the creation of DV win11 which does not contain necessary labels so it is not visible as boot source in the UI.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.16.0-2571

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. trigger windows-efi-installer pipeline in custom namespace
      2. Wait until it finishes
      3. Try to add new volume with source PVC created by pipeline with name win11
      4. See an error

      Actual results:

Add volume modal window shows an error

      Expected results:

Add volume modal window throws an error and does not create DV or do not throw an error and create DV
