At present the VirtualMachine validation webhook will reject any request (create, update etc) when the VM references an instance type and the VMLiveUpdateFeatures FG enabled.

      Create or update requests are rejected for VMs referencing an instance type

      Expected results:

      Create or update requests are accepted for VMs referencing an instance type. Updates should result in a `RestartRequired` condition appearing if required.
