      Description of problem:

      Yaml changes in "Customize and create VirtualMachine" are not applied

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.16.0-2528 provided by Red Hat

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create new VirtualMachine from instancetype via UI
2. Click "Customize Virtual Machine", but not "Create Virtual Machine"
3. Change to YAML Tab
4. Modify the YAML
5. Save the YAML
6. Create Virtual Machine
7. Check if the modification is applied to the new VM

      Actual results:

      The modification is not applied to the new VM

      Expected results:

      The modification is  applied to the new VM
