OpenShift Virtualization Overview page does not show all VMs in "VirtualMachines per resource"

      Description of problem:

          After a fresh installation of OCP 4.15 with OCP-Virt, selecting Virtualization -> Overview in the OCP Console only shows some VMs, not all.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

          4.15.z

      How reproducible:

          It looks like VMs that were migrated via MTV are not appearing in the report

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Install OCP-Virt
    2. Create some VMs (these show up in the pie chart) 
    3. Migrate VMs via MTV (these will not show up in the pie chart)

      Actual results:

          Only VMs created on this cluster will appear in the report

      Expected results:

          All VMs should be accounted for, even if some appear in an "Other" category or something
