unexpected behavior on '/' on creating a VM with sysprep

      Description of problem:

      The "/" is a important char in XML. But it seems to be impossible to type a "/" in the XML input for sysprep on creating a new VM.
      

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.16.0-2449 provided by Red Hat
      

      How reproducible:

      checked chromium browser
      

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create new VirtualMachine from Instancetype
      2. Select Windows base image
      3. Attach sysprep
      4. type some xml manually
      
      

      Actual results:

      The "/" is not accepted.
      

      Expected results:

      The "/" is accepted.
