UI does not allow changing a disk bus type after the volume creation

      Description of problem:

      When trying to edit the disk, the `Edit` button is grayed out with a notice saying the the disk cannot be edited after creation. However, changing it via the Yaml works.
      First, the UI should allow changing the bus type. But, if it doesn't it shouldn't mislead the user into thinking that editing it is not allowed

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a VM from Volume with starting it
      2. Go to the VM configuration tab
      3. Clink the three dots

      Actual results:

      Edit is grayed out

      Expected results:

      The user should be able to edit the details that are allowed to be edited
