Looking in the telemetry we found that there are several unrecognized provisioners causing CDIStorageProfilesIncomplete alert to be fired. These are including: driver.longhorn.io, vsphere, infinibox, rancher, openebs, csi-driver-smb. See the exact provisioner strings in the attached pic.

The query we used (thanks sradco) is:
count by (provisioner)(alerts{alertname=~"CDIStorageProfilesIncomplete"} + on (_id) group_left(_blah) (0 * group by (_id, email_domain) (id_version_ebs_account_internal:cluster_subscribed{internal=""})))

We should tackle a few of these in storagecapabilities proactively.  Some of them will be easy to define. Others can be added to the unsupported provisioners list to eliminate the alert.

This should be backported to all currently supported versions of OpenShift Virtualization (4.16, 4.15, 4.14, 4.13, 4.12).
