      CNV: v4.16.0.rhel9-778

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Check associated prometheus rule and see if the downstream link is reachable(https://github.com/openshift/runbooks/tree/master/alerts/openshift-virtualization-operator)

      Actual results:
      For alert VMStorageClassWarning prometheusrule prometheus-k8s-rules-cnv says:

      AssertionError: Downstream runbook url validation failed for the followings: ['https://github.com/openshift/runbooks/blob/master/alerts/openshift-virtualization-operator/VMStorageClassWarning.md validation failed: <Response [404]>']

      https://github.com/openshift/runbooks/blob/master/alerts/openshift-virtualization-operator/VMStorageClassWarning.md is 404

      Expected results:

      https://github.com/openshift/runbooks/blob/master/alerts/openshift-virtualization-operator/VMStorageClassWarning.md would be present and reachable
