Description of problem:

When restoring VM only resource all the related object graph described here: https://github.com/kubevirt/kubevirt/blob/main/docs/backup-restore-integration.md will not get restored.

all versions 4.14 4.15 4.16..

How reproducible:

always

Steps to Reproduce:

1. create a VM with extra objects related to like instancetype
2. backup
3. restore vm resource only

Actual results:

only vm is restored

Expected results:

VM and all needed and related objects restored
