When try to add/edit or enable feature or services of the VM, the VM tabs keeps reload several times(2-4), which takes user several clicks to get what they want.

1. Create an VM from instanceType
2. Try to add a disk to the VM, watching the page
3. Try to enable the ssh service of the VM, watching the page
4. Try to edit the boot mode of the VM, watching the page, the expand section is collapsed

The page reloads 2-4 times

1. The best solution is just like the VM overview tab, it loads the stuff in a delay mode.
2. If it requires a reload, just reload once.
