Disable "Auto-compute CPU limits" does not remove autoCPULimitNamespaceLabelSelector from HCO

      Description of problem:

      Add namespaceSelector in "Auto-compute CPU limits" modal and then disable the feature, check the configurations in HCO, the autoCPULimitNamespaceLabelSelector is not removed from HCO, which means the feature is still enabled.

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Go to Settings - Resource management
2. Enable "Auto-compute CPU limits"
3. Add a key/value to specify nodes
4. Disable the feature

      Actual results:

      the autoCPULimitNamespaceLabelSelector is not removed from HCO

      Expected results:

      the autoCPULimitNamespaceLabelSelector is removed from HCO
