There is an error message when trying to open the virt-launcher pod that is in Gated state.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. enable ApplicationAwareQuota in hco 2. create ApplicationAwareResourceQuota with spec.hard.requests.instances/vmi = "0" 3. create and run VM in that namespace 4. open the POD details in UI
Actual results:
"Oh no! Something went wrong." error message

POD details page opened
