      Description of problem:

      On network checkup tab and storage check tab, disable "Install permissions" button if regular user cannot install the permissions.

      the  "Install permissions" button is enabled, and regular user seems cannot install these permissions

      Expected results:

      Disable the  "Install permissions" button
