When dynamic SSH key injection is not enabled on the VM's creation, the text next to the "Dynamic SSH key injection" says that "Only RHEL 9 supports dynamic" also for RHEL 9 VMs, the tooltip should give both reasons for this, something like "Dynamic SSH must be enabled on VM creation. It works only with newer guests"
