VMs created in OCP-Virtualization 4.14 should not see any warnings while deleting NIC's

      Description of problem:

      When trying to delete nic from a running VM will show warning:

Warning alert: Deleting a network interface is supported only on VirtualMachines that were created in versions greater than 4.13 or for network interfaces that were added to the VirtualMachine in these versions.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      CNV 4.14

      How reproducible:

      Try to delete a nic from running VM in OpenShift Virtualization.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      Actual results:

      All VMs are seeing the warning while trying to delete the nic.

      Expected results:

      VMs created in OCP-Virtualization 4.14 should not see the warning.
