Based on cluster_infrastructure_provider and id_primary_host_type metrics, we should come up with a query for monitoring cloud infrastructure providers, whether if used by OCP directly or by a different product (e.g. rosa, aro).

We should monitor the number of clusters with running VMs and the number of running VMs, and add it to the weekly report as follows:

Cloud infrastructure provider(clusters, running VMs): email_domain,ebs_account (clusters, running VMs)
