      Description of problem:

      The latency checkup is only documented through its CLI procedure. The UI of the checkup, while not trivial, provides much better UX. Also, the storage checkup will be covered through a UI procedure. To make the UX better and keep our docs consistent, please consider documenting UI procedure of the latency checkup.
