      A small box show up while typing in checkup's form

      How reproducible:

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Go to Checkups 
2. Run network latency checkup or storage checkup
3. Type something in text field

      Actual results:

      The text field is long,  a small box show up while typing characters

      Expected results:

      No small box shows up.
