• As a cluster admin, I want the OpenShift Virtualization auto image import feature to recover automatically if I change the default storage class because the previous storage class default was not correct.
• As a cluster admin, I want the OpenShift Virtualization auto image import feature to recover automatically if I change the virtualization default storage class.

At the time of CNV installation the wrong storage class was marked default. The DataImportCron controller started the image import process but the PVCs would not bind. After changing the default storage class to the correct one the Pending PVCs remained. The solution for them was to delete the pending PVCs so the imports could restart with the correct storage class. We would like to automate this by deleting stuck PVCs when the default storage class or virt-default storage class changes.
